Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement Strategy and Business plan for the company
 Work with equipment sales team to develop leasing solutions for customers
 Structure lease proposals and oversee portfolio performance
 Negotiate & raise debt financing and manage cashflows
 Develop and implement systems to monitor portfolio performance
 Undertake corrective measures in case of asset underperformance
 Management of receivables
 Recruit, develop and manage a team of leasing/structuring analysts and other staff
 Manage the P&L of the business

 Minimum 15 years of experience encompassing credit and P&L management  Experience in banking/NBFC, equipment leasing companies preferable  CA/MBA finance from reputed institutes  Experience in BOO/BOOT projects in infrastructure companies will be an added advantage
