Job Description

Responsibilities:
 Developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures for effective facility
management
 Developing a strategic plan to address current issues in facilities management and
maintenance needs.
 Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance, repair, cleaning
services
 Ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained
 Planning, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of
facilities resources
 Inventory mapping, allocations
 Liasoning with stakeholders (students), wardens
 Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
 Oversees and supervises the quality of work of team to ensure that all tasks are performed
correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
 Manages and reviews service contracts.
 Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections

Job Requirement

 Graduate / Hotel Management  Working with a hostel management industry will be preferred.  Should have the knowledge of MIS report, MMR report, checklist preparation  Excellent communication skills – Written & Verbal.  Computer skills, IT knowledge.  Customer relationship.  Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadlines.
