Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional for Client Experience to create and nurture positive,
sustainable long-term relationships with strategic clients.
 You will be our strategic clients’ first point of contact. You will resolve any issues that arise to
ensure that our strategic clients are satisfied with our services.
 Your primary goal will be to help us grow our top line, safeguard our revenue, and retain our
customers. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with clients are strong, profitable,
and enduring.
 In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp client needs and
challenges and find ways to fulfil them along with multi-tasking under defined deadlines.
Responsibilities:
 Building long-term relationships with strategic/key clients
 Interacting with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers within client companies
 Building relationships with key employees among clients
 Educating clients about our services throughout their lifecycle
 Designing business plans to generate revenue from New Product Initiatives
 Helping Business teams up-sell or cross-sell services and products
 Creating plans to address clients’ business needs
 Advising clients on creating profitable processes
 Acting as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate with speed and
efficiency
 Devising mechanisms to resolve clients’ concerns and complaints
 Scheduling regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
 Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Business Operations, IT Operations, Finance,
Marketing, Quality, and the Senior Management) to address clients’ needs
 Managing financial aspects of contracts including invoices and reconciliation for strategic
customers
 Ensuring that our clients adhere to contract terms
 Studying competition to find new ways to retain clients
 Setting revenue targets and working diligently to meet them
Requirements:
 Experience of 8-10 years as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager, preferably
in the Capital Market/Financial Services space; B2B Sales and Customer Service is an asset
in this position.
 Experience in administering CSAT and NPS for client satisfaction
 Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
 Sharp Business Acumen
 A customer-oriented attitude and collaborative spirit
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Problem-solving aptitude, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
 MBA (Master of Business Administration) - Marketing, or a related field
