Requirements :
 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
 LLM / LLB preferred
Responsibilities:
 Compliance with Regulatory requirements
 To provide Opinions, interpretations on regulatory issues and on bye laws and rules of the
Exchange.
 To review & release fresh Bye-Laws, Rules & Regulations (Business Rules) of the Exchange
and continuous review for necessary amendments.
 To carry out the amendments to Business Rules, Bye laws and Rules.
 To legally examine the various Circulars/ Notices to be issued by the Exchange.
 To prepare and finalise Show Cause Notices and Speaking Orders.
 Preparation of MIS for briefing management about pending cases, coordinating with Counsels
and undertake office administration work of the department.
 To manage litigation, including recovery of over dues and advisory related work of the
department.
 Vetting of Agenda, Minutes of Committees (before circulation/ finalisation)
 Effectively Draft and Vet all Agreements, Contracts, Bank Guarantees, Board Agenda and
other documents as may be required
