• Sourcing and managing relationships with target clientele
• Strong technical ability - Industry and financial analysis
• Ability to handle transactions independently as well as ability to lead a small team of 1-2 analysts / associates
• Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis
• Preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes
• Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, term sheets etc.
• Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation
• Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities and asset monitoring.
