Job Description:

  • Lead and support the firm’s value creation objective by identifying opportunities and providing critical information and analysis to execute strategic decisions
  • Key part of transactions and will be involved right sourcing stage of the transaction to finally executing it
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective partners and lenders as the firm's SPOC and be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of the partnership
  • Interact and build strong relationship with external agencies, industry bodies, lenders and credit rating agencies
  • Maintain a keen eye on developments in the BFSI segment, especially for new market trends, regulatory updates, news articles, competitor developments, etc.
  • Responsible for analysis, evaluation and implementation of different types of analytical and financial models, pitchbooks and corporate memos
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, fluency in written and spoken English is a must, backed by a strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)

Other KRAs:

  • Preparation of comprehensive business and management MIS for internal review presentations, monthly reports, external collaterals, senior management requests, etc.
  • Managing periodical reporting requirements (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) from existing lenders and partners
  • Strong ability to resolve queries on various data points as and when required
  • Managing the execution process, including onboarding of Co-lending partners or new lenders, on various such transactions along with legal and admin teams and with external parties

Job Requirement

• Post-graduation or qualified Chartered Accountant (undergrads with excellent track record will also be considered) • In-depth understanding of financial statements and accounting; experience in creating financial models • Prior experience in Strategy/Banking/Consulting roles preferred with a good understanding of NBFC lending business • Hands-on and competent with MS suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be an additional skillset
