Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To be actively involved in the talent acquisition process and ensure that hiring is done as per plan (manage end to end recruitment process)
  • To manage the onboarding process, including background verification
  • To introduce relevant and useful employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • To manage the HRMS system
  • To manage HR compliance and ensure needful is done as per the guidelines
  • To manage the employee lifecycle
  • To process the employee reimbursements
  • To do vendor management
  • To support in the goal setting and performance management process
  • To manager MIS and reports as per requirement
  • To be involved in the implementation of L&D framework
  • Any other HR projects as per the requirement
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years’ experience in HR
  • Postgraduate in HR
  • Understanding of HR concepts
  • Understanding of recruitment, training and performance management processes
  • Basic know-how of HR Workflows, to operate the HRMS system
  • Proficiency in MS -Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to do multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stakeholder management
  • Responsiveness and Ownership
