Requirements :

• MBA/ CA/ CAIIB
• Minimum 3 years experience in Branch banking or Asst branch manager
• Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products
• In-depth understanding of banking products

• Setting and achieving the branch’s business goals along with the Branch Head and being responsible for P&L of branch
• Manage and prepare branch’s budget to manage cash flow, assets, income and expenses
• Supervising, coaching, and developing staff, and ensuring they adhere to policies and procedures
• Generating new business for the branch and nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community
• Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch
• Addressing customer complaints, queries, and escalations, and providing quick resolutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell products, services, to existing customers
• Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and laws
• Prepare financial statements & reports for the budget
• Ensuring the branch is secure and safe
