Job Description

Job Requirements:
  • Educational qualification – CA/ Any PG
  • Experience in the accounts receivable / loan operations function of any NBFC
  • Experience in loan and banking operations
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliances and Reporting
  • Experience in accounts finalization and audits handling
  • Experience of IndAS Accounting Standards
  • Experience on Oracle ERP will be added advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Review and supervise day-to-day loan operations such as disbursements, customer invoicing, and collections monitoring, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transaction accounting in both LMS and Oracle, and reporting.
  • Handle direct and indirect taxation matters related to accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy of IndAS adjustments calculations and accounting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for customer-related activities, providing necessary support and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of regulatory compliances.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in loan operations and accounts receivable management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closure processes, including various reports.
  • Assist in managing and providing details to internal and statutory auditors.
  • Support other due diligence processes, RBI inspections, and external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
