Job Requirements:
- Educational qualification – CA/ Any PG
- Experience in the accounts receivable / loan operations function of any NBFC
- Experience in loan and banking operations
- Experience in Regulatory Compliances and Reporting
- Experience in accounts finalization and audits handling
- Experience of IndAS Accounting Standards
- Experience on Oracle ERP will be added advantage
Responsibilities:

Review and supervise day-to-day loan operations such as disbursements, customer invoicing, and collections monitoring, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and processes.

Ensure accuracy of financial transaction accounting in both LMS and Oracle, and reporting.

Handle direct and indirect taxation matters related to accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

Ensure accuracy of IndAS adjustments calculations and accounting.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for customer-related activities, providing necessary support and resolving any issues promptly.

Ensure timely preparation and filing of regulatory compliances.

Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in loan operations and accounts receivable management.

Support month-end and year-end closure processes, including various reports.

Assist in managing and providing details to internal and statutory auditors.

Support other due diligence processes, RBI inspections, and external audits.

Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
