Job Description

Job Requirements :

  • MBA from a reputed B-School. CA / CFA / CFP and NISM Certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience in SEBI-regulated PMS / AIF, or mutual funds setups ONLY.
  • Candidates working with AMCs managing wealth counters.
  • Well versed on alternate products and wealth distribution landscape.
  • Should be well connected with the wealth RMs/MFDs for the distribution of our products.
  • Knowledge and ability to connect with family offices in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
  • Ability to travel to rest of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana to meet wealth/MFDs.
  • Should be able to work with central/regional team for account opening in PMS/AIFs.
  • Good understanding of equity and articulation of our investment philosophy.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management skills, and prior experience in managing Institutional / HNI / UHNI clients
  • Local candidates preferred.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement sales strategy, expand and promote distribution network, and collaborate with internal departments to achieve organizational target.
  • Acquire direct clients in target markets, drive sales, and increase market share.
  • Lead the state-wide sales efforts, provide guidance, support, and direction to the sales function.
  • Regularly visit and communicate with institutional clients and all categories of distributors across assigned geography, to maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, distribution channels, and partnership opportunities to expand the reach of the fund house and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Represent the fund at industry conferences, client meetings, and other relevant events to promote the organization and its funds.
