Job Requirements:
•Graduate/ Postgraduate with minimum 15 years of experience.
•Experience in direct sales of investment products is preferable
•Should have experience in institutional/ private banking space or PMS sales
Job Responsibilities:
•This position is responsible for soliciting business for AIF & PMS for the region
•Assist Head Business Development & Head Business in sealing alliance with key banks & wealth management outfits
•The Primary responsibility of the role is to solicit business through distributors or directly for AIF & PMS products launched by the Company
•This role will also require joint calls with distributors for explaining the product & closing the sale for the distributors
•Identify key IFAs & Regional distributors for the assigned territory to close tie ups and solicit business from them
•Assisting the Corporate office alliance team for gathering market intelligence and closing tie ups with Banks & Wealth Management outfits.
•Manage the team effectively. Keep them motivated to ensure maximum productivity
•Oversee all aspects of business including customer service for the assigned territory
•Ensure all process for investor onboarding & customer servicing is adhered in his region
•Good Presentation skills especially for 1 on 1 investor / distributor meetings
•Sound relationship management skills.
•Good communicational abilities.
•Negotiation skills.
•Self-driven with good understanding of macro and micro economic variables is a essential prerequisite.
