Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Relevant certifications in DevOps or application development. 

• 8-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on DevOps and application development. 

• Strong understanding of Java and .NET application development and architecture. 

• Proficiency with relevant DevOps tools and platforms for application development (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Sonar Qube, etc.). 

• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for application deployment. 

• Experience with on-premise application development and deployment will be preferred. 

• Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and practices. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

2. Establish CI/CD pipelines optimized for application deployment, testing, and release management. 

• Automation of Application Workflows: 

1. Automate repetitive tasks related to application development, testing, and deployment using relevant DevOps tools and scripting languages. 
2. Implement automated testing frameworks and practices to ensure the reliability and quality of applications. 

• Integration of DevOps Tools: 

1. Select and integrate DevOps tools and platforms that best suit the needs of Java and .NET application development. 
2. Ensure seamless integration between development, testing, and deployment tools. 

• Monitoring and Performance Optimization: 

1. Implement application performance monitoring solutions to detect and address performance bottlenecks. 
2. Optimize application deployment processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Security and Compliance: 

1. Implement security measures and best practices throughout the application development lifecycle.
