Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong technical leadership, strategic guidance, and mentorship to our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies, roadmaps, and processes that will establish our company as a global leader in electrolyzer technology.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects, effectively managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, operations, and business development, to ensure seamless integration and successful commercialization of our products.
• Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team, attracting top talent, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic input, contribute to the company's growth plans, and support fundraising activities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a leadership position within the Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or automotive industry, with a focus on product development and engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong expertise in electrochemical systems, process engineering, or related fields is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to chlor-alkali or electrolysis systems, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and the drive to make a positive impact on the climate crisis.
• Experience with the fast-moving and dynamic nature of a startup is a plus.
