Job Requirements:

• MBA or CA
• CFA or any additional certifications would be an advantage
• Min 4 years of experience in investments with good investment track record
• Require PPT making and note writing skills.
• Strong Industry knowledge and good quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & Presentation skills
• Team player and self-motivated individual

Job Responsibilities:

• Industry Research for investment on focused sectors – Consumer, Fintech, Food/ Agri, Financial Services and Climate
• Prepare list of potential investees
• Conduct financial, legal, commercial, and environmental due diligence for prospective investee companies.
• Undertaking due diligence analysis, prepare financial models, use accounting techniques to appraise the business and conduct valuation of the companies to determine the potential of investing in it.
• Create IC decks for investments, follow-on, exits of investee companies.
• Providing on-going monitoring of assets with the firm's portfolios including review of monthly operating results and maintaining project pro forma
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with industry, trade, and professional organizations to enhance visibility of the firm and its portfolio companies in the marketplace.
