Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years relevant experience
- Graduation/Post graduation
- The Service Relationship Manager (SRM) is the ambassador for an organisation and the incumbent would be the first point of contact for any customer. Right from on-boarding to managing the client transactions, is to be taken care by the Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage client on boarding for Wealth and Broking clients.
- Processing of transactions for clients - financial and non financial
- Basic & working knowledge of financial products example Mutual funds/PMS/Structured Product etc.
- Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders to manage customer requirements.
- Resolve customer queries with timelines.
- Have good knowledge of MF, PMS,AIF, Broking, Bonds/NCD
