Job Requirements:
• Qualification – Graduate/ PG
• Exp of 1-6 years in handling AIF operations
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Capital event (Contributions & Distribution) summary and analysis to ensure correct investor allocation.
• Calculation of accruals quarterly and true up to actuals.
• Booking of valuations in accounting system received from the underlying Investments.
• Preparation of NAV packages on a quarterly basis.
• Review & submission of quarterly / annual SEBI, RBI & Income tax compliances.
• Coordinate with Internal and statutory auditor for Quarterly and Annual Audit requests.
• Reconciliation of Bank balances and accounting system balances on a Weekly and Monthly basis.
