Job Requirements:

• CA/ MBA (Finance). CFA can be an added advantage
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Audit/Due Diligence/Valuation/ Transaction Advisory from Big 4 /Mid-sized firms
• Investment Banking practices of Banks/FI’s/Boutiques
• Corporate Finance/M&A divisions of Indian corporates

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and evaluate companies across market landscape, policy landscape, financial performance, peers & benchmarks and investor landscape
• Analyse Financial Statements and Key Metrics
• Support origination and conversion of leads to build business pipeline
• Interact with clients to conceptualize and prepare proposals
• Prepare high-quality presentations, investment collaterals and other reports
• Prepare Financial Models and Valuation to assess feasibility of projects and companies
• Support transaction execution including pitch & positioning to lenders and/or investors, project/transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, negotiation/documentation and sanction
