Job Requirements:
•Minimum 5-8 years experience as a Sales Manager or Area sales manager
•Demonstrated success by managing a team size of 10-15 members while achieving target in consumer durable, personal loan and business loan
•2 years of experience in a job in the NBFC/Fintech market
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Bachelor’s degree
•Excellent teamwork skills
•Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Job Responsibilities:
•Build a team of 25-40 sales manager for achieving daily targets of the team
•Mentoring the sales team to follow the best practices on the field
•Manage existing dealer relationship and build network to create new
•Managing attendance, leaves and roster of the team
•Create a weekly credence with HO for his entire team
