Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree and relevant professional certification(s) (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO.) or equivalent are a plus.
  • 8 to 16 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in managing IT, Cyber and ISO audits and certification, and review of Business continuity implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT and Cybersecurity.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple audits simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with auditors, internal stakeholders, and the Committee.
  • Leadership experience, including managing audit teams and driving continuous improvement in audit processes.
  • Familiarity with technology risk management, information security, and emerging cybersecurity trends.
Job Responsibilities:

As Audit facilitator, he/she will play a crucial role in ensuring completeness and timely completion of audits (IT and Cyber) as per regulatory guidelines, review of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) implementation and policy within the organization. He/she will be responsible for coordinating with both internal and external auditors, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and managing the entire audit processes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to plan and execute IT, Cyber and ISO audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders including from Technology, Information Security, Regulatory Compliances and Administration to gather information, address concerns, and facilitate a smooth audit process.
  • Timely Reporting: Ensure timely release of audit reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and areas of improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and industry standards, ensuring that the organization remains in compliance with relevant (audit) requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage audit teams, providing guidance, support to ensure efficient and effective audit activities.
  • Facilitate communication with the Technology Committee by presenting agenda items, providing updates on audit activities, and addressing any concerns related to IT and Cybersecurity.
