Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate/ PG/ CA
• Strong understanding of financial markets
• 10 - 12 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit
• Very strong relationship skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Knowledge of industry and companies
• Strong team driving skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Generating product and structuring ideas generates as per brief received from client
• Financial analysis (historical) and financial modelling/projections after understanding client's strategic and financial objectives.
• Strong understanding of on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis
• Conducting valuation analyses including peer group comparables, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective.
• Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Ability to mentor & guide team members
