Job Requirments -
- Total 6 years plus sales experience. Out of which minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential. BFSI Industry experience will be preferred.

- Preferred Skills - Strong sales planning, Team management and High achievement drive
- Build and train a team of frontline sales to convert the business leads, generated by the call
- centre and branch operations teams.
- Design and implement a sales plan that helps the team meet their business targets.
- Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed.
- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management process
- Ensure quality and persistency of the business.
