Job Requirements:

• At least 20 years of total experience in Finance/Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience as Head of Finance/CFO in a manufacturing organization
• Work Experience in financial strategy, capital management and investment analysis
• Work Experience in Organization(s) involved with Export of Merchandise/Goods
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance & cost accounting
• Certified Chartered Accountant (C.A.)
• Settled/Located in Delhi NCR
• Experience with Due Diligence process
• Experience with PE-funded business(es)
• Experience with operating/managing financial ERP Software
• Experience with attending Board Meetings
• Experience with M&A

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning

a. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
b. Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis

a. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
b. Monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
c. Provide insights/recommendations to improve financial performance & operational efficiency

• Risk Management and Compliance

a. Manage financial risks by developing and implementing internal controls.
b. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
c. Oversee tax planning strategies and compliance
d. Manage relationships with auditors, company secretary, banks, and other financial institutions

• Capital Management

a. Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions
b. Optimize cash flow and working capital management
c. Monitor and manage debt levels and covenants

• Strategic Leadership

a. Provide financial insights and guidance to support business initiatives and expansion plans
b. Assess and manage financial implications of strategic opportunities and risks

• Investor Relations and Communication

a. Manage relationships with investors, and other stakeholders
b. Communicate financial results, strategy, and performance effectively to investors and the Board of Directors

• International Trade and Export Management

a. Develop and execute financial strategies for international trade, managing currency risks and export financing
b. Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade agreements and custom requirements

• Operational Finance

a. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, and payroll
b. Implement financial best practices and continuous process improvements

• Technology and Systems

a. Lead the ERP implementation, monitoring project progress, provide financial oversight, ensure necessary financial controls are built in the ERP
b. Leverage ERP for financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making

• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

a. Lead financial due diligence and valuation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
b. Structure and negotiate financial terms of M&A transactions.
c. Integrate acquired entities into the company's financial and operational framework
