Job Requirements:
• Should be CA with at least 8 -14 years of experience in an operations role in Private Banking, Wealth Management, AIF and Capital Markets.
• Should have thorough knowledge and understanding of investments and securities.
• Should be abreast of the SEBI and RBI regulations applicable to the business such as AIF.
• Should have excellent communication.
• Should be proficient in using Excel and other systems used in the bank.
• Usage of Wealth Spectrum will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
• Daily AIF Operations understanding for AIF, Cat-2 and Cat-3
• Knowledge of Fund accounting for various types of Schemes under the AIF guidelines for all above categories.
• Co-ordination for TB recon with Custody / Fund Accountant / RTA / Broker for accounting.
• Need to know about category in AIF forms for various client category.
• Reconciliation of TB with FA and internal system on monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit SEBI report in the required format for AIF
• Monthly/Quarterly Payments, TDS return, working and TDS certificates
• Solve the Internal, Interim and statutory queries.
• Calculation of Withheld tax on Portfolio as required
• Calculation of Advance tax, TDS payments, GST payments.
• Yearly returns of the respective scheme preparations, checking and filing.
• Checking of any Assessment order on any of the schemes monthly.
• Solve the queries raised by Investors, if any on the tax and TDS.
• Raising debit notes to the respective clients/teams and vendors and tracking the payments.
• System related issues and enhancement thereof in Wealth Spectrum or other softwares.
• Knowledge of Gift city funds accounting can be added advantage.
