Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering
• 15 - 20 years of relevant experience
• Certification - Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor for ISO 9001
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and tools Thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001
• Communication and collaboration skill with excellent leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving results 

• Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations also within budget
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and competency within the organization
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes, procedures, and records and also prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage Quality team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the achievement of department goals
• Collaborate with other departments, including Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance quality practices and drive innovation
• Implement and promote the use of advanced quality management technologies and tools.
• Lead the process of obtaining new product certifications by leveraging technology for documentation, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
• Encourage technology adoption and remove non-value adding activities to facilitate efficiency in operations
