Job Requirements :

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, Business     Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black   Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) preferred.
•Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management roles, with significant experience in     lean manufacturing or operational excellence.
•Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including ISO   standards and quality management systems.
•Extensive experience in lean manufacturing concepts, with a proven track record of implementing   lean practices to drive operational efficiency and quality improvement.
•Experience in automotive and valve manufacturing companies preferred.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of quality and
  excellence.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence
  cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for quality management and data analysis

Job Responsibilities:


Quality Management:

• Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, including product inspections, testing procedures, and quality audits. Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality deviations.
• Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish and maintain supplier quality standards. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations.
• Risk Management Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and reliability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize regulatory risks.

Business Excellence:
•Lean Strategy Development: Lead and facilitate lean initiatives across all departments, including
  manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance. Implement lean strategies and
  tools such as TQM, TPM, 5S, and Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce waste.
•Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean
  principles and methodologies. Monitor key metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
•Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping: Lead kaizen events, value stream mapping exercises, and other
  continuous improvement activities to drive sustainable change.
•Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress,
  identify trends, and measure the impact of lean initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production,
  sales, and customer service, to address quality-related issues and drive quality improvement
  initiatives.
•Senior Leadership Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to align lean and quality initiatives
  with business objectives and strategic goals.

Training and Development:
•Coaching and Mentorship: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to employees at all levels 
  on quality management and lean principles.
•Employee Development: Enhance the skills and capabilities of quality assurance team members
  and other relevant stakeholders through targeted training programs.
