Job Requirements:

• LLB/LL.M
• 6+years, prior experience in biosciences, pharmaceuticals or contract research is preferred
• Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulatory frameworks. This role requires dynamic individual with deep understanding of both legal principles and the unique challenges in biosciences

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements like Master Service Agreement, Supply Agreement, Manufacturing Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and policies to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
• Intellectual Property portfolio management: Provide guidance on intellectual property matters, including patent filings, licensing strategies, and protection of proprietary information.
• Conduct legal research on various matters, including corporate law, employment law, intellectual property law and other relevant areas of law.
• Advice management on legal matters including contract interpretation, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
• Manage external legal counsels, including selecting and engaging external counsels when necessary.
• Assist and coordinate with external counsels in litigation matters.
• Develop and deliver legal training to the organization to enhance legal awareness and compliance.
• Assess legal risk associated with the business decisions and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential legal issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their legal needs and provide timely legal support.
