Job Requirements:
•Any Graduate/ PG/ CA
•Strong understanding of financial markets
•2-4 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit or credit rating agencies
•Very strong relationship skills
•Strong analytical abilities
•Knowledge of industry and companies
•Exposure to banking preferable
•Strong understanding of on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
•Converting product and structuring ideas generates by ECM team into client presentations with attention to detail.
•Financial analysis (historical) and financial modelling/projections after understanding client's strategic and financial objectives.
•Data sourcing and analysis on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis.
•Conducting valuation analyses including peer group comparable, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis.
•Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective.
•Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters.
