Job Requirements:

• CA/ MBA + CFA preferable of Full-time program in Capital Markets
• Demonstrated passion for equity research
• Minimum 4yrs+ experience (Buy side preferred)
• Experience of one or more industry research ie Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare or Services sector
• Leading edge in MS Office and prowess in fundamental databases
• Willing to travel extensively for on ground research
• Well read in terms of investment literature, books, case studies
• Both conceptual and practical aspects of financial analysis and modelling
• Understand role of intangibles in business and people, in valuations
• Ability to initiate and driver large absolute investments

• Mid & SmallCaps research (40-50 curated cos universe each)
• Ability to perform primary research through surveys, channel checks, etc. to gather information about market size, key players, their management teams, suppliers, customers, products, etc.
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude, keen attention to detail.
• Hands-on knowledge of Excel and Word and market databases like Bloomberg etc.
• Content Creation for reports: Presentation, industry Research
• Management meetings, scuttle butt, On-ground research
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
