  • Build cross function relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High-level understanding of projects, targets, and expectations of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong Command on Excel, PowerPoint, written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Inter-CA / MBA or PGDM from reputed Tier-II Management Institute.
  • Min 4 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support periodical business performance reviews with internal stakeholders, and Heads of Department.
  • Track industry trends to provide relevant information to the MD.
  • Liaise with peer organizations to seek information on the market trends.
  • Follow up on progress of the new initiatives, for instance, building digital capabilities and provide regular updates to the MD.
  • Becomes the point of contact for all communication (internal and external) for the MD on company updates, products, focus areas, strategies, and industry updates.
  • Co-ordinate with internal team for setting up regular meetings / interviews.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD and working on the data and presentation based on the requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders, (includes internal and external stakeholders).
  • Coordinating the senior leadership team and drive projects forward.
