Job Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience

  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically and of fer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and conf identiality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Teams
Job Responsibilities:
  • Extensive calendar management for executives and key management personnel, handling all appointments and schedules by planning meetings, conferences and all internal as well as external interactions.
  • Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails – screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities including hotel booking, transportation etc.
  • Manage all relevant expense settlements on behalf of executives as per the company’s policies.
  • Managing communication between executives and their team members, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Organize team communications and planning events, both internally and externally
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Handling sensitive and conf idential information with discretion
  • Effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams and matrices.
  • Focus on process and ability to analyse and develop new work processes to improve efficiency as per team’s need
