job Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years ofexperience in financial accounting and reporting,handling audits
• Proven track record of handing audits, Ind AS Accounting, Preparation of Financial reports,etc.•Ability to communicate issues and resolve financial reporting issues
• Ability tocommunicate with plant for production, capex related queries.
• Extensive SAP knowledge

• Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and lossstatements, and cash flow statements, for internal use and public disclosure
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs): Compiling and analyzing data to gain insightsinto KPIs, such as sales revenues, profit margins, growth rates, and inventory turnover
• Financial data analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and categorizing financial data from variousdepartments to gain insights into the company financial health
• Internal audits: Conducting internal audits, such as wage reviews, to ensure accuracy offinancial records
• Tax reporting: Processing tax payments and returns, and preparing data for filing GST andTDS returns
• Budgeting and forecasting: Assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and preparing budgetforecasts
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Staff management: Managing and training staff when necessary other responsibilities include
• Reconciling accounts
• Managing payroll and expenses
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Responding to financial inquiries, Statutory Audit•Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases
• Board reporting and preparation
• Any other work as per requirements
