Job Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in full stack development / development of web applications
• Experience with - Angular 10+, Node.js, JavaScript, writing and integrating with APIs
• Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Deep knowledge of SQL
• Experience of developing in cloud environment - AWS preferred - and common cloud components (EC2, Fargate, RDS, Lambda or their equivalents)
• Experience of production environments - must have pushed code to production and have been exposed to the entire design-to-production lifecycle
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Devops processes
• Experience with AI / GenAI is not required - it can be learnt on the job. However, should be able to learn fast and quickly bring learnings into implementation
• Passionate, results-oriented person who is comfortable partnering closely with founders / leaders of the firm
• Ability to lead and inspire our technology team
• Someone willing to take full responsibility of their work, and own it end to end
• Self-driven, organized, highly motivated to achieve results for our mission driven organization
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn and implement new skills on the job is a must
• Comfortable with getting into the hands-on mode when required

• Completely own, from a technology standpoint, our flagship analytics product (or, depending on experience, one or more modules of our overall technology stack)
• Own engineering design for our GenAI framework & initiatives
• Own re-engineering design for our existing technology stack - what needs to change in our current flows to make them more streamlined and efficient
• Partner with product owner to understand platform roadmap and new features & co-ideate on new features / how to make existing features better
• Decide and validate technical design for GenAI, streamlining, new features and other relevant aspects
• Write code for complex / new features / execute POCs (Note - this will be a hands-on role)
• Guide and mentor younger team members in technology, design and other aspects
