Job Requirements:
•CA/CFA
•1-3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial services, or capital markets.
•Strong interest and understanding of capital markets, investment instruments (equities, bonds,  derivatives, etc.), and fund structures.
•Familiarity with financial regulations affecting capital markets and investment funds

Job Responsibilities:
Fund Operations:
•Manage fund cash flow, liquidity, and forecast funding requirements.
•Review and approve payment instructions for expenses, distributions, and capital calls.
•Coordinate with investment teams for portfolio valuations and pricing of securities.

Fund Accounting:
•Maintain and update general ledgers and related accounts for investment portfolios.
•Prepare periodic financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and other reports for the funds.
•Calculate and validate daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Values (NAV) for assigned funds.
•Ensure timely and accurate processing of fund transactions such as capital calls, distributions, and fund expenses.

Reconciliation & Reporting:
•Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of cash, securities, and other fund assets.
•Ensure proper reconciliation between fund books and custodians/prime brokers.
•Generate financial reports for stakeholders, including internal teams, regulators, and investors.
•Liaise with external auditors and assist in the completion of audits and reviews.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:
•Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and capital markets regulations.
•Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings.
