Job Requirements:
- Eperience: 15+ Years
- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)
- Software: SAP S4 HANA exposure preferred
Job Responsibilities:
1.Candidate should have exposure in limited company
2.Candidate should have experience and currently managing day to day routine operations of the organisation (Personally Managing)3.Accounting & Taxation -
- Support the extenal audit in carrying out and ensuring timely completion of audit.
- Preparation of Tax Audit Reports & Taxation.
- Computation of GST liability and reviewed timely filing of GST R3B
- Handling GST Notices for assessment with GST department
4. Banking & Finance-
- Exposed in interacting with banks, vendors, auditors, government authorities, financial institution and other third parties dealing with the company
- Compliances with various Regulations/Act/Rules within due time
5. Investment & Assets Management
6.Indian Accounting Standards (IAS)
7.SEBI Guidelines
8. Team Management -
- Finalization of Financial Reports (Quarterly/Yearly/B/S)
- Monitor & analyses day to day accounting data and produce financial reports & statements
- Assist in preparation of annual budget and annual business plan.
- Preparation of B/Sheet, profit and loss statements, Cash Flow Management (Projected & Actual) as required by monthly, Quarterly &Yearly by management.
- Preparation of operational annual budget & control, financial planning, strategy & reports
- Managing budget (CAPEX/OPEX) around all costing issues & provide variance analysis & actual
- Monitoring month end reports, schedules, payments and receipts, A/c Payable & Receivable
- Finalizing activities relating, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account
9. Internal Audit & Statutory Audits, Statutory Guidelines
10. Shareholder/investor interaction & query management
11. Financial Statements – Reconciliations account
