Job Requirements:

• MBA / CA / ICWA / Postgraduate qualification in Finance preferred
• 15 - 20+ years of relevant experience, with depth of transaction experience
• Strong understanding of assigned industry groups (e.g. Transportation, Building Materials, Industrials, etc.)
• Established Track record in executing deals across a cross section of clients
• Very strong relationship skills and Good team player
• Maintain and enforce high levels of compliance standards
• Strong Influencing abilities and mentoring of team members 

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Related:
  • Ability to engage and build relationship with clients and win Capital Market business across bond, loan, structured financing and acquisition financing.
  • Work with credit and market risk teams to facilitate credit and market underwriting risk approvals for deals.
  • Work closely with banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, FIIs and other institutional investors and FIIs along with the DCM Sales / Syndicate to facilitate execution of client mandates for raising NCD’s.
  • This involves detailed coverage and understanding of assigned sectors to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Approach clients with solutions, structuring deals / proposals.
  • Manage underwriting risk and ensure timely sell-down of risk.
  • Monitoring of projects on quarterly basis / periodic intervals as agreed and take corrective action to ensure timely execution.
  • Transaction completion – interaction with various agencies (lawyers, security trustee, LIE, rating agency etc.)
  • Negotiation, Documentation and disbursement of transactions involving project finance, acquisition finance, construction finance, etc.
  • Maintain strong network of information flow within the industry that enables the team to proactively manage risk.
  • Liaise with SEBI and stock exchanges
