Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations relevant to the banking industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce and promoting inclusive practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and influence decision-making

• Experience in managing policy changes involves leading the development, implementation, and communication of new or revised policies, ensuring compliance, and mitigating potential disruptions
• Periodically review Human Resource policies and align them with organisation’s objectives
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and priorities
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent in the banking industry.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing onboarding programs, with a focus on the unique needs of senior-level hire
• Develop channels of communication and clearly follow procedures for allowing all employees to voice their suggestions, concerns, opinions and grievances
• Prepare employment agreements and ensure appropriate approvals are made
• Drive Policy awareness and Adherence
• Manage employee relations efforts, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Implement performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a representative workplace.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations in all HR practices.
