Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience, with recent years spent leading the IT function of an organization or of a business unit.
• BE/B.Tech, MBA (Preferred) 
• Hands on leader - lead and manage applications and IT infrastructure functions effectively, with a proactive approach to team management.
• Track record of managing budgets of at least 10 Crores showcasing financial acumen.
• Agile mindset coupled with a strong personality, adept at managing stakeholders such as Heads of Departments (HODs), Vice Chairman (VCs), and vendors.

• Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies driving business growth and innovation. Strong stake holder management.
• Have experienced in managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions that meet our business needs.
• Experience in Development and deployment of innovative software solutions.
• Should be able to manage budgets in the tune of more than 20Cr as Capex/Opex.
• Tech expertise: Exposure to: Enterprise software applications – MS preferred, Cloud business models, Hardware infrastructure, Business intelligence, Outsourced systems, Multi location framework, Multiple 3rd party agency management
