Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Law or related field
• 15 – 17 years of relevant experience
• Adherence to company compliance
• Legal spend as % of revenue
• Adherence to TAT for litigation resolution
• Voice of Internal Stakeholders
• Proven experience as a legal counsel or in a similar leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, employment law, and contract law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to support the organization's objectives
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, including conducting legal research and preparing for hearings
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws
• Monitor and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal legal audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of legal exposure and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
• Oversee operations in legal department, advise and support to enhance capability
