Job Requirements:

  • Any PG/ MBA
  • Experience of 12 to 15 years in marketing
  • Preferred from Broking industry
  • Should be able to engage with clients/ industry peers with strong market presence
  • Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in the broking/financial services market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, client needs, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company's business strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, etc.) to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing, to enhance online visibility and attract new clients.
  • Oversee website updates, landing pages, and digital content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and press releases, to position the company as a thought leader in the broking industry.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design marketing materials (brochures, presentations, infographics) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and client servicing teams to create client-focused marketing materials and presentations.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and other client engagement activities to build relationships and showcase the company’s offerings.
  • Monitor client feedback and market sentiment to inform marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience..
