Job Requirements:  

• Min Educational Requirement: Post Graduate/ CA/ MBA from recognized Universities, 
Advanced degree preferred 
• Years of Experience: 12- 15 years of which min 8 years in the Broking Industry. Min 3 years in 
senior Leadership role

Job Responsibilities: 
• Create and execute a thorough Retail Sales Plan to meet overall Business goals 
and objectives and engage sales teams, and achieve targets in a cost effective 
way 
• Oversee, guide, and lead the retail sales staff to guarantee excellent output. 
• To make wise business decisions, track metrics related to sales performance and 
data analysis. 
• Build and preserve trusting relationships with clients and offer them support and 
guidance on investment opportunities in the Indian market, various trading 
strategies and also on internal research calls. 
• Suggest and implement different strategies aimed towards retention of existing 
client base and addition of new clients 
• Responsible for generating revenue from retail clients. Ensuring the sustenance 
and deepening of existing relations with clients. 
• Analyse sales reports and highlight important accomplishments and potential 
improvement areas to the Management team along with key strategy inputs.. 
• Present plans for Company growth, increase in operational efficiency, cost 
optimization, productivity and digitization. 
• Device and implement a plan to leverage the dormant retail client base into equity 
customers. 
• Keeping up-to-date with the current market trends along with the customer 
behaviour and competitor analysis and utilising industry trends, client feedback, 
and market research to find and seize new sales possibilities. 
• To accomplish Account opening targets as required by the Company 
• Work together with the marketing group to develop persuasive advertising 
campaigns and collateral, whenever required.
