Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Min Educational Requirement: Post Graduate/ CA/ MBA from recognized Universities, Advanced degree preferred.
  • Years of Experience: 12- 15 years of which min 8 years in the Broking Industry. Min 3 years in senior Leadership role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a thorough plan for AP expansion and retention to meet overall Business goals and objectives.
  • Suggest and implement different strategies aimed towards retention of existing APs and addition of APs and drive the team to achieve acquisition.
  • Oversee, guide, and lead the AP sales team to guarantee excellent output.
  • Strategize to meet APs gradually covering all- min 3 times throughout the year.
  • Build and preserve trusting relationships with APs and offer them support and guidance whenever required, share trading strategies and internal research calls.
  • Responsible for generating revenue from clients of APs. Ensuring the sustenance and deepening of existing relations with APs.
  • Analyse performance reports and highlight important accomplishments and potential improvement areas to the Management team along with key strategy inputs.
  • Device and implement a plan to leverage the dormant AP silent base into active customers.
  • Ensure completion of 100% documentation for new APs enrolled.
  • Ensure a 100% compliant and ethical dealing desk.
