Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Any Graduate/ PG
  • Experience of 10-15 years in handling PMS operations
  • Product Knowledge of AIF/ PMS/ Capital Market industry
  • Highly motivated, team player, self-starter
  • Client focused whist maintaining a strong controls mind-set.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to personal workload and wider team targets

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the PMS division, including onboarding, portfolio accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure timely execution of portfolio transactions and settlements in coordination with custodians, brokers, and internal teams.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, company policies, and other applicable laws.
  • Implement robust risk management systems and internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to manage inspections and audits.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop training programs to keep the team updated on industry practices and regulations.
Client Servicing:
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of clients and effective handling of queries related to account statements, portfolio reports, and other operational matters.
  • Manage the preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely client reports, including performance metrics.
Technology & Innovation:
  • Drive the adoption of technology to streamline operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system enhancements, automation, and data security.
  • Evaluate and implement portfolio management software for improved operational efficiency.
Coordination & Communication:
  • Act as a bridge between the investment team, compliance team, and other departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with custodians, brokers, and other service providers.
