Job Description

 Well versed with Diagnostics industry and business
 Preferably a localite, Understands territory of North
 Have handled team and P&L in past
 P&L Responsibility of the Vertical
 Responsible for all brand promotion activities (media, Hoardings etc.) in the assigned area by
taking initiatives for brand visibility and popularity.
 Responsible for expanding the company’s network across the geography through various
business models
 Well versed with partner management and is able to drive the business through CC/DC and
other channel partners
 Drive the team to achieve targets as per AOP
 Introduce new products and competition analysis/study
 Grooming, training and guiding the team to improve the productivity
 To achieve set targets for Sales of Preventive Health Check packages and Individual Tests by
consultative selling
 Conduct key stakeholder analysis to identify key internal and external stakeholders.
 Define medium-term strategic plans to expand current business along with short- and longterm
financial needs to assess current financial situations.
 Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and
investment in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources.
 Establish key stakeholder relationship management audit processes and criteria.
 Establish performance indicators to benchmark the effectiveness of learning and development
programme against industry best standards.
 Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
