Job Requirements:

•  2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with a focus on hospitality law
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•  Advise clients on hospitality-related legal matters, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and licensing agreements
• Negotiate and draft contracts, including hotel development agreements, operating agreements, and financing agreements
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on hospitality-related issues, including dispute resolution, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct due diligence on hospitality-related transactions, including hotel acquisitions and financings
• Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
