Job Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with a focus on hospitality law
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on hospitality-related legal matters, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and licensing agreements
- Negotiate and draft contracts, including hotel development agreements, operating agreements, and financing agreements
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on hospitality-related issues, including dispute resolution, employment law, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct due diligence on hospitality-related transactions, including hotel acquisitions and financings
- Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
