Job Description
Job Requirements :
- MBA (HR) preferred.
- Min 10-12 years’ experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for excellent operational delivery for a broad range of HR operations covering end-to-end employee cycle including onboarding, background verification, benefits, Insurance
renewals, leave management, performance review cycles, final settlement etc. - Ensure all HRSS activities adhere to SLAs and timelines outlined in SOPs.
- Payroll & Compliance - Responsible for managing payroll and statutory, labour compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure company policies are legallycompliant and effectively implemented.
