Job Requirements:
•Experience: 5-8 years, preferably from Bank or NBFC in Wholesale / Infrastructure financing / Credit Audits
•Educational qualification: Postgraduate in Business management / CA + any additional professional degrees/relevant certifications.

Job Responsibilities:
•Audit planning & execution - Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan, including risk assessments & audit programs in line with AIFL Internal Audit Policy.
•Risk Management: Identify and assess key risks in wholesale lending, including project financing. Understanding and evaluation of credit risk, liquidity risk and operational risk and ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
•Internal Controls: Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
•Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans. Also maintain relevant audit documentation as per internal documentation requirement.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments and other internal/external stake holders.
•Follow-up Audits: Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
•Special Projects: Participate in special projects and investigations as required.
