Job Requirements:

• CA / MBA with 10-12 years of experienceor relevant degree in finance, business, or a relatedfield
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well asunderstanding of financial markets and investment principles for a pharmaceutical company.
• Previous experience working with publicly traded is highly desirable.
• A professional certification such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is aplus.
• Good stakeholder management skills and experience in managing onboarding of domesticand foreign investors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, andother financial stakeholders.

• Develop and implement company's investor relations program
• Being the company's primary spokesperson to theinvestment and analyst communities
• Managecorporate responsibility through transparent and consistent communication to theInvestor community and ensuring management accessibility for Investor Community meetings
• Manageand maintain relationships with current or potential investors & analysts, maintainconstant communication between the company and investors & analysts, and build credibilitywith Investors
• Managecompany participation in investor-facing events including investor conferences, non-deal road shows, in-house investor meetings, annual meetings and hold Conference calls &webcasts with analysts, fund houses and investors.
• Develop and managean effective investor targeting program, to optimize company resourcedeployment with the investment community
• Analyseand reportdata,includingoperating data, financial data, shareholding analysis,shareprice analysis with peers and other relevant companies,financial statement analysis
• Manage periodic investor calls comprising of Internal information collation and synthesis onevery aspect of the company from business, operations, technology, HR, finance, preparationof Databook to assist top management provide consistent information to the investors &analysts
• Build Investor FAQs repository based on Analyst meets so as to assist in providing aconsistent stance/ reply from the company, financial statement analysis and storyboard,preparation of periodic factsheet and earnings releases, website updating etc.
