•Proven work experience of 2-4 years as a system analyst
•Hands on experience with software development and documentation
•Solid knowledge of Bank/NBFC industry
•Familiarity with programming languages like Java, react and mobile App development
•Ability to explain technical details
•A good problem-solving attitude
Job Responsibilities:
•Business requirement gathering and documentation
•Gap analysis of existing system and business requirement
•Prepare BRD and collaborate with external/internal team for development/modification.
•Delivery planning – development, testing and release to production
•Change management policy adherence
•Interaction with management over the deliverables and new product launching
