Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business or related f ield with a strong academic record.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, in B2B and B2C industry; f inancial products, lending solutions, enterprise solutions, af ter-market services etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Prof icient in CRM sof tware and Microsof t Office Suite.
- Self -motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptable to changing environments.
- Honest, trustworthy, and ethical in all dealings
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct regular product presentations and technical consultations for potential and existing clients.
- Demonstrate our solutions’ f eatures and benef its to a variety of audiences, ensuring a thorough understanding of our of ferings.
- Engage in sales negotiations to secure contracts while ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Close sales ef f iciently and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
- Oversee customer orders f rom initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and address any service issues promptly.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer activities.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement.
- Provide insights that can drive strategic decisions through participating in expo, webinars, voice of customer, etc.
- Contribute, Assess and Implement ef f iciencies in sales processes and systems.
