Job Requirements:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience
• BE / B.Tech

• Responsible for feasibility assessment post finalization of OEMs based on final design specifications
• Conduct viability study on the project based on the preliminary capacity assessments
• Preparation of BOM/ BOQ & Estimation of Project cost.
• Monitoring of business operations including coordination with group functional heads wherever necessary for planning and execution
• Act as liaison between client, stakeholders, engineers, contractors, third-party construction managers and other consultants during the execution phase of a project
• Assist in the preparation and negotiate construction bid amounts and contract terms.
• Work closely with Business Development team members to provide recommendations on enhancing the site configuration and project progress
• Provide site evaluation and due diligence including hiring consultants and evaluating/overseeing when required.
• Experience in handling Regulatory Aspects & approvals.
• Evaluation of business proposal & preparing business approval note for the management
• Knowledge of financial modelling is preferred
• Provide support on building Solar and Wind Energy Optimization models
• Should be efficient on current market trends of Project Cost & Policies.
